This notice explains how information is handled on the AI guide website operated by @iacom_rodrigo, including when you unlock a complete guide or request a file.
Operator and contact
The channel is operated by AI with Rodrigo (@iacom_rodrigo). To ask a question, access or correct your information, unsubscribe, or request deletion, email atendimento@daia.info.
Information we collect
When you unlock a complete guide or file, we request your email address and phone or WhatsApp number. Your name is optional. We record the guide and section you access, the request date, and campaign parameters, or UTMs, when they are present in the link. To limit abuse, we temporarily store a hash of the IP address without keeping the readable IP address in the lead database. Hosting logs may also exist for security and availability.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the requested guide, record access, respond to you, and send AI content by email and WhatsApp as described in the form. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time through the contact address above.
Browser storage
After your first submission, this site stores your name, email, phone number, and access token in your browser's local storage so unlocked guides remain available without another form. Campaign parameters remain in session storage. Your animation preference may also be stored in the browser. You can remove this information through your browser settings.
Service providers and security
Information remains in the infrastructure used to operate this website and may be processed by hosting, email, and communication providers required for these purposes. We do not sell your information. Restricted guides and files use temporary access tokens, and administrative access to contact exports is protected.
Retention
Contact and access records are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you request deletion earlier or applicable law requires longer retention. Guide access tokens last 30 days, and file links expire after 24 hours. Rate-limiting data is removed periodically.
Your choices
You may request information about how your data is handled, access or correction, withdrawal from messages, and deletion when applicable. Requests are free, although we may need to confirm your identity to protect your information. Email atendimento@daia.info.
Changes
If this channel or its data practices change, we will update this notice and the date shown above.
